Preparation starts from six months to one year to
wedding day. It involves actual planning, conceptualization,
budget planning, sourcing of suppliers, recommend
venues, physical arrangement of the venue, programs,
continuous coordination between client and coordinator
through all means (email, fax, phone, mobile), supervision
during actual event.
SEMI COORDINATION
Preparation begins three to six months prior to event. Fifty
percent (50%) of suppliers already accomplished by the client.
We will tie all loose ends of the preparations until the actual
day of event. Continuous coordination with client through all
means.
ONE MONTH COORDINATION
Preparation begins six (6) weeks prior to event. The coordinator
polishes the concept and theme and oversee the program.
Follow-ups, final bookings and overseeing the smooth
implementation of all the event details will be handled by the
coordinator. Continuous coordination with the client and
supervision on the actual day of event is included.
